@opensorceryy big mood – so frustrating!

@opensorceryy it’s so embarrassing. I’m a writer and editor and proof reader. Or I was when I could work. I’m meant to be good at both the writing and catching typos before they go to print. Now I make so many typos. And I often don’t catch the mistakes autocorrect inserts. So infuriating!

Gods, yeah… I feel you on all of that. I was a professional academic tutor for years and part of my job was the same thing. Now I can’t catch my own typos half the time.
@opensorceryy I hear you. I was doing my PhD when I first got sick, but wasn't diagnosed. I was teaching and editing an academic journal at that time and fortunately it wasn't affecting my word-finding and spelling back then. But since I got COVID it's been increasingly an issue, especially the last two years.
MECFS, right? In any case, it sounds absolutely brutal, and unfortunately relatable..
