Well, I caved and read the first Bridgerton book.
Frankly, I like it better than Season 1 of the show. Shonda Rhimes changed a lot, and while her choices and those of her fellow writers might make sense later on, I liked book Daphne and book Simon much better than their counterparts in the show. -Allēna
